Reservation

  • How do I book a room with Dialoog Hotels?
    Simply go to Book Now then select a date/room, proceed to payment, and you will receive an email confirmation.
  • What booking info do I need to present to the hotel when I arrive?
    You just need to provide your booking reference number and ID if it's your first stay and we'll handle the rest.
  • If I prefer, can I check-in with the assistance of a Host and use a hotel key card instead?
    Of course you can. Our Host will provide a hotel key card for you and if you change your mind you can download the mobile app key at anytime.
  • Can I make a booking on behalf of another person but pay with my own credit card?
    Yes that’s fine.
  • Can I check in if the booking is under someone else’s name?
    Sorry, only the person whose name and valid ID stated in the booking confirmation will be allowed to check in.
  • If I am booking one room for two people, do I need to provide both names?
    Only one name is needed.
  • In what currency do I pay for my stay at the hotel?
    Payment is made in Indonesian rupiah and includes tax and service.
  • What is the earliest time I can check in?
    Standard check-in time is 14.00 however you can purchase up to three hours early check-in time at a flat fee.
  • What is the latest time I can check out?
    Standard check-out time is 12noon however you can purchase up to three hours late check-out at a flat fee.
  • Can I cancel my booking?
    If you have chosen our Flexible Rate your reservation can be cancelled up to 12 hours the day prior to check in at no charge.

Accommodation

  • How many people can each room accommodate?
    Some room types provide up to three adults others can accommodate up to two adults and a child. Click 'Read More' when making an online reservation for details.
  • Do you provide extra beds?
    Sorry, we don’t however we offer five room types to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Is there Internet access in the hotel?
    Absolutely, we have fast and free-of-charge Wifi throughout our rooms and common areas.
  • Can I change my room type upon check in?
    Yes, a Host will help check the availability of the room type you prefer.
  • Are Dialoog hotels non-smoking?
    Yes, Dialoog Hotels has a strict non-smoking policy both in our rooms and indoor common areas with enforced fines.
  • Do you have a concierge to assist during my stay?
    Our very capable Hosts are on hand 24/7 to assist in all requests big or small.
  • Do you offer laundry and dry cleaning service?
    Yes we do, contact our Hosts for assistance.
