Reservation

  • How do I book a room?
    Simply go to “BOOKING“, select a date/room and proceed to payment. 
    You will receive an email confirmation of your booking.
  • What booking information do I need to present to the hotel when I arrive?
    You just need to provide your booking reference number, and your ID if it's your first stay, and we'll handle the rest.
  • Can I make a booking on behalf of another person but pay with my own credit card?
    Yes, that’s fine.
  • Can I check in if the booking is under someone else’s name?
    Sorry, only the person whose name and valid ID stated in the booking confirmation will be allowed to check in.
  • If I am booking one room for two people, do I need to provide both names?
    Only one name is needed.
  • In what currency do I pay for my stay at the hotel?
    Payment is made in Indonesian rupiah.
  • What is the earliest time I can check in?
    Standard check-in time is 14.00. 
    However, you can purchase early check-in at a fee of IDR 100,000 ++ per hour and subject to availability.
  • What is the latest time I can check out?
    Standard check-out time is 12 noon. 
    However, you can purchase late check-out at a fee of IDR 100,000 ++ per hour and subject to availability.
  • Can I cancel my booking?
    If you have chosen our Flexible Rate, you can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours prior to the date of check-in at no charge.
  • I made my booking through an online travel agent (OTA). However, I can’t travel at the moment. Can I reschedule my stay?
    All requests to reschedule a stay must be made directly to the OTA with whom you made the booking. The OTA will then inform us accordingly and we will follow their rescheduling instructions.

Accommodation

  • How many people can each room accommodate?
    The Deluxe rooms can accommodate 2 adults. 
    Children aged below 3 years old may share the same bed with their parents.

    The Suite can accommodate 2 adults + 1 adult on a sofa made up as an extra bed, available at IDR 250,000 ++ per night inclusive of breakfast for one person.
    Children aged below 3 years old may share the same bed with their parents.
  • Do you provide extra beds?
    In the Suite, a sofa can be made up as an extra bed and is available at IDR 250,000 ++ per night inclusive of breakfast for one person. There is a maximum limit of one sofa bed per suite.

    In the Deluxe rooms, there is no extra bed available.

    A baby cot can be provided complimentary for each room type, subject to availability

  • We are traveling with two children. Can we sleep in the same room?
    Our rooms are designed to provide optimum comfort for two guests. For older children, we suggest booking a suite for up to 3 persons or two rooms for up to four persons to enjoy the best level of comfort.

    Children aged below 3 years old may share the same bed with their parents.
  • Is there Internet access in the hotel?
    Absolutely. We offer fast and free-of-charge WiFi throughout our rooms and common areas.
  • Can I change my room type upon check-in?
    Yes, a Host will help check the availability of the room type you prefer.
  • Do you have any smoking rooms?
    All rooms are non-smoking. However, you may smoke at the balcony. 
    Please note that a room recovery fee of IDR 1,000,000 ++ will be applied for guests who do not comply.

  • Do you have a concierge to assist during my stay?
    Our very capable Hosts are on hand 24/7 to assist with all requests, big or small.
  • Do you offer laundry and dry cleaning services?
    Yes we do. Contact our Hosts for assistance.
  • Can I bring my own photographer and do a pre-wedding photo shoot?
    Yes, you can, simply book a room with us on our website and do not forget to tag us on Instagram! Feel free to check out our photography policy for details.
  • Do I need a rapid Covid-19 test result to check in to the hotel?
    We do not require a rapid test result from our guests. However, we do conduct temperature screening upon check-in and upon entrance to public outlets such as the spa and restaurant in the hotel.
  • What are your preventive measures against Covid-19?
    We take the health and safety of our guests and staff very seriously and apply the following measures: staff awareness and training about sanitation protocols; provide hand sanitizer dispensers in all public areas; conduct temperature screening and contactless check-in & check-out; as well as implement regular disinfection procedures within the hotel’s public areas, back of house and guest rooms.

  • Can I bring pets to the hotel?

    We love pets too. However, pet is not allowed in the hotel and we do not have allocated boarding area for pets.
