Our commitment of health and safety measures is implemented throughout all public areas, including reception, restaurant, beach bar, spa, gym, swimming pool, lavatories, conference rooms, elevators, corridors, and guest rooms. The extended effort of hygiene guidelines will also include black of the house operations which are compliance with the expert advisories and authorities.

CONTACTLESS GREETINGS : We maintain a physical distance and, instead of handshakes, we practice safe greetings such as a wave, a nod or a bow.

STAFF TRAINING : We ensure that each of our staff members is provided with the proper health and safety training in line with official guidelines and standards.

HAND SANITIZER : Hand sanitizer dispensing stations are placed in the hotel lobby, restaurant and other public outlets. Travel-sized sanitizer and face masks are prepared as in-room amenities, as well as available upon request in the common outlets, such as restaurant and spa.

TEMPERATURE SCREENING : All guests and staff members are screened with a digital infrared thermometer prior to entering the hotel. Anyone presenting symptoms of a dry cough and tiredness, and with a temperature above 37.5 degrees Celsius, will not be permitted to enter the property. We will refer them to the nearest hospital.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT : We practice contactless payment and interactions with all guests. We sanitize all stationery items, including keycards, after each check-in and payment process.

DISINFECTION PROCESS : We implement regular disinfection procedures within the hotel’s public areas, back of house and guest rooms, with a focus on faucets and toilet flush levers, doorknobs and locks, entrance and exit doors, door handles, handrails, elevator buttons, and light switches. All guest points of contact at the restaurant and public areas, such as tables, chairs, sofas, bar counter and bar stools, are sanitized prior to opening hours and after each guest use.

VENTILATION : We maintain our rooms and common areas wide open, to ensure bringing fresh outdoor air to the air circulation. Our compliance to the standard of maintaining the HVAC system following inspection, cleaning and maintenance schedule are in place.

ESSENTIAL FOOD HANDLING : We ensure the essential food & beverage handling process is maintained to prevent any food borne disease in food & beverage service, kitchen and receiving areas by having clean sites, hand washing facilities, sanitized kitchen tools & equipments, separate storage for raw & cooked food according to the standard temperature, receive food supplies from responsible resources.
