Covid-19 New health & Safety Measures and Cancelation Policy

CONTACTLESS GREETINGS : We maintain a physical distance and, instead of handshakes, we practice safe greetings such as a wave, a nod or a bow.

STAFF TRAINING : We ensure that each of our staff members is provided with the proper health and safety training in line with official guidelines and standards.

HAND SANITIZER : Hand sanitizer dispensing stations are placed in the hotel lobby, Casabanyu Restaurant & Bar, and Dialoog Spa. Face masks are available on request upon check-in.

TEMPERATURE SCREENING : All guests and staff members are screened with a digital infrared thermometer prior to entering the hotel. Anyone presenting symptoms of a dry cough and tiredness, and with a temperature above 37.5 degrees Celsius, will not be permitted to enter the property. We will refer them to the nearest hospital.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT : We practice contactless payment and interactions with all guests. We sanitize all stationery items, including keycards, after each check-in and payment process.

DISINFECTION PROCESS : We implement regular disinfection procedures within the hotel’s public areas, back of house and guest rooms, with a focus on faucets and toilet flush levers, doorknobs and locks, entrance and exit doors, door handles, handrails, elevator buttons, and light switches. All guest points of contact at Casabanyu Restaurant & Bar and Dialoog Spa, such as tables, chairs, sofas, bar counter and bar stools, are sanitized prior to opening hours and after each guest use.

CANCELATION POLICY (Updated 1st June 2020)

  • For guests with existing reservations for any future arrival date, we will allow changes or a refund without any charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
  • For guests with existing reservations for any future arrival date who are booked as a group (e.g. for events, meetings or special events), we will allow changes without any charge up to 72 hours prior to arrival. 
  • All prepaid promotional vouchers and gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable based on the new booking terms and conditions.
  • Exclusions to the above cancellation policy may apply during peak periods (e.g. public holidays) and in the case of special rates extended for special events.
