Our Commitment to Cleanliness

We ensure that each of our staff member is provided with the health and safety measure training which are designed to address COVID-19 and adhere to the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning.

We are implementing temporary enhanced cleaning procedures and protocols. They include:
  • Placing hand sanitizer dispensing stations in hotel lobby, Casabanyu Restaurant & Bar, Dialoog Spa, and elevator landings.
  • Increasing the frequency of disinfectant procedures within Public Area, Back of House and Guest Rooms, with a focus on faucets and toilet flush levers, doorknobs and locks, entrance and exit doors and door handles, handrails, elevator buttons, light switches.
  • All guests’ points of contact at Casabanyu Restaurant & Bar and Dialoog Spa, such as tables, chairs, sofas, bar counter, bar stools, and menus are sanitized prior opening hour and after each guest use.
  • Self-quarantine for 14-days for staff members who just returned to the country should they have travelled recently.
  • All guests’ and staff members temperatures to be screened with a digital infrared thermometer prior gaining access to the hotel. Anyone presenting with symptoms and with a temperature who meets 37.5 degree Celsius is not allowed to enter the property. We will refer them to the nearest hospital for health facility.
  • All guests’ and staff members are refrained from handshakes.
